Steeping the teas for approximately ten minutes imbibes the teas with the herbs’ maximum strength. Have a cup when you feel the effects of stress.

Games, electronics and other hobbies are meant to allow us to feel relaxed and enjoy ourselves. If an activity becomes frustrating or stressful, by all means take a break from it! After all, you are trying to ease your stress, not create more frustration.

Remember that excessive stress is more than just uncomfortable; it is extremely unhealthy. Excessive stress can compromise your body’s ability to operate efficiently. Use these tips and take time to relax and not let your burdens get on top of you.
